This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States, we are unable to fulfill your order.

Shipping Cost
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you by email if there is an unexpected delay in processing your order.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery is between 3 and 8 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Delivery to addresses in the contiguous 48 states typically falls within this window. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take additional time.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier workload, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. We encourage you to use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at info.acmesalesbooks@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Acme Sales & Books is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info.acmesalesbooks@gmail.com or +1 (912) 352-2203. We will do our best to correct the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking around your delivery location and with neighbors or building management. Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before they arrive.
If your package cannot be located after 3 business days from the marked delivery date, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. While we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival
If your order arrives with shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.acmesalesbooks@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a description of the damage. We will review your case and work toward a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Carrier Delays
Acme Sales & Books ships with reliable carriers but has no control over delays that occur once a package is in the carrier's possession. Delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier operational issues, or peak shipping seasons such as holidays are outside our control and do not qualify as grounds for a refund of the purchase price. We appreciate your patience in such situations and will always do our best to keep you informed.
